57-year-old taxi driver Kevin Rimmer, from Huyton, has been sentenced for his involvement in a major heroin and cocaine ring. Rimmer, who was also a postman, acted as a courier for the conspiracy led by Vincent and Francis Coggins, which saw hundreds of kilograms of class A drugs worth millions of pounds trafficked across the country. Rimmer used his NHS delivery trips as cover during lockdown restrictions.
