Traffic stop led to discovery of five cellphones and a receipt detailing SIM card purchases. Man faces multiple charges, including distribute over 30g of cannabis, mischief under $5,000, and conspiracy. Scheduled to appear at Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee.
