46-year-old man's death investigated as homicide; Winnipeg police blocked Portage and Arlington area. Officers found the man with serious injuries and provided medical care before taking him to hospital, where he later died. Portage Avenue is closed eastbound at Arlington Street, and Arlington Street is closed north of Portage Avenue as investigators work on the scene.
