3-4 year old boy found shirtless, wandering Englewood neighborhood; Chicago police seek family. The boy, possibly named Martice, is 3'2", 37 lbs with black hair and brown eyes, wearing green shorts and black sandals. Found in the 1300 block of West 64th Street, anyone recognizing the child is asked to contact Area One SVU at 312-747-8380 or call 911.
