Uzbekistan Minister of Transport's delegation visited Kabul to discuss 1M ton coal purchase, bilateral relations, and regional connectivity.
A high-level Uzbekistan delegation, including the Minister of Transport, visited Kabul to discuss the purchase of 1 million tons of coal from Afghanistan. During the visit, the delegation met with Afghanistan's Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, Amir Khan Motaqqi, and discussed bilateral political and economic relations, regional connectivity, transit projects, trade, joint investment, and the importance of transit between Afghanistan and Uzbekistan. Motaqqi emphasized that Afghanistan's return to peace and stability presents opportunities for Uzbekistan and the region.
