RSETI in Rajouri trains women in tailoring and other skills to promote self-reliance, with a target of 1,000 trainees by 2024-25.

Rural Development and Self-Employment Training Institute (RSETI) in Rajouri, J&K, offers free training to women in tailoring and various occupational courses to promote self-reliance. In 2020-21, 353 candidates were trained, with a target of 1,000 for 2024-25. The courses aim to equip women with skills to start businesses and generate income. This year, RSETI has already trained three batches of 70 individuals.
