4-H agent Terence Clemons arrested for sending inappropriate photos to a minor, charged with electronic solicitation in Kentucky.
4-H agent Terence Clemons, 50, of Lexington, has been arrested on charges of sending inappropriate photos of himself to a minor. The Kentucky State Police investigated a complaint and found Clemons guilty of four counts of electronic solicitation of a minor for sex or other illegal activity. Clemons, a 4-H agent in Bath County, was suspended from his position and is being held at the Fayette County Detention Center.
