Compo Shopping Center in Westport, CT, owned by the Brooks family since its opening 70 years ago, has been sold for $45.5 million to Jacksonville, FL-based Regency Centers. The 76,368-sq ft, two-building complex, with a 100% occupancy rate, includes a CVS store and around 20 other establishments. Regency Centers, a member of the S&P 500 index, now operates almost 40 shopping centers in Connecticut.
