21-year-old Lancaster man, Michael L. Stasiuk, admitted to vandalizing Patriots and Heroes Park, a tribute park for war veterans and first responders, and biting a police officer in separate incidents. Stasiuk was sentenced to three years of probation and ordered to continue receiving mental health treatment by Lancaster Town Court Justice David S. Stabler. He pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief for the vandalism and third-degree assault for the police officer incident.
