A 37-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a "barbaric" attack in Bushmills, Co Antrim, where a man in his 20s was found with his hands nailed to a fence. The victim sustained potentially life-changing injuries and the suspect was detained under the Terrorism Act. Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant information to come forward.
