Former Kentucky prosecutor Scott Blair, 51, has pleaded guilty to a federal charge of honest services wire fraud after being accused of trading favors for criminal defendants in return for methamphetamine and sexual favors. Blair resigned as Perry County's commonwealth's attorney in April following his arrest. The federal charge accused him of depriving Perry County residents of his honest services by soliciting sex and meth from individuals facing criminal charges and then taking actions to help them.
