Chris Green fitted blue lights to his car, flashed them at a woman while claiming to be part of a local undercover crime unit called "The Brotherhood". Green, 32, was found with handcuffs and a baseball bat in his vehicle during a trial at Swindon Magistrates' Court. He has been released on unconditional bail and will return for sentencing in June.
