Windsor police arrested two suspects in connection with a carjacking involving a pocketknife on Ellis Street East.
Windsor police arrested two suspects, a 32-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman, in connection with a carjacking. The incident occurred on Ellis Street East, near Windsor Grove Cemetery, where the suspects brandished a folding pocketknife, demanded the driver exit the vehicle, and fled with the victim's wallet, cellphone, and credit card, which they used for further purchases. The victim was uninjured during the incident.
