Siyata Mobile completes $4m public offering for working capital, corporate purposes, and marketing.
Siyata Mobile, a global developer and vendor of Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) handsets and accessories, has announced the closing of its $4.0 million public offering of common shares and/or pre-funded warrants to purchase common shares at $1.30 per share. Gross proceeds before deductions totaled approximately $3.9m. The funds will be used for working capital, general corporate purposes, and marketing agency payments.
