Pakistan's Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has decided not to join Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif's federal cabinet before or after the budget presentation, despite being invited and offered ministries. PPP leadership has not changed its previous stance on the matter. Reports of a power-sharing agreement between PML-N and PPP, with PPP leader Bilawal possibly returning as foreign minister, remain speculative.
