Pakistan Army promotes Major Generals Chaudhry, Bukhari, and Hussain to Lieutenant General rank.
Pakistan Army has promoted top-ranked military officials Major General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, Major General Omer Ahmed Bukhari, and Major General Inayat Hussain to the rank of lieutenant general. Chaudhry will continue as the Director General of ISPR, Bukhari becomes Commander of 11 Corps (Peshawar), and Hussain takes on the role of Chief of Logistics Services at GHQ. The promotions were not officially announced until now.
