On Friday, Omaha firefighters responded to a roof fire at a downtown apartment complex near the intersection of 20th and Douglas Streets. The fire, which began just after noon, appeared to involve apartments above a Wells Fargo branch. Traffic was diverted, and the Omaha Fire Department is currently investigating the cause. No injuries have been reported, and the area is being advised to avoid the area.
