Nigeria aims to meet its OPEC production quota by increasing domestic oil production, reducing dependence on fuel imports, and potentially lowering petrol prices. The Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) expects two refineries in Warri and Port Harcourt to be operational by the end of the year.
