11-month-old Loyoal Boyd, last seen on Mayfair Drive in Columbia, was reported missing by Richland County Sheriff's Department, who suspect his mother, Cierra Mercedes Davis (without legal custody), may be with him. Authorities believe the child is in danger, and anyone with information is urged to call 911. The baby was later found safe by Richland County deputies after over 4 hours of public alert.
