Milwaukee firefighter Ryan McMenamin, severely burned rescuing a woman in a house fire, returns home after recovery.
Milwaukee firefighter, Ryan McMenamin, who suffered severe burns during a house fire on April 14, is heading home from the hospital after nearly a month of recovery. McMenamin was trapped while attempting to rescue a 72-year-old woman who did not survive the fire. The Milwaukee Fire Department expressed gratitude for the excellent care provided by Ascension St. Mary's Hospital and will continue to support McMenamin as he recovers at home.
