13 killed, man rescued alive 5 days after South African building collapse; rescue operations ongoing.

A man was rescued alive from the rubble five days after a deadly building collapse in South Africa in what Western Cape Premier Alan Winde calls "nothing short of a miracle." The building, under construction, collapsed on Monday, killing 13 people and trapping 81 on site. The survivor was found after 116 hours and will be treated at a nearby hospital. Rescue operations are ongoing.
