Jeff Bridges and Dave Bautista will star in "Grendel," a new live-action adaptation of Beowulf produced by The Jim Henson Company. The film, based on John Gardner's 1971 novel, will see Bridges as the monster Grendel and Bautista as Beowulf. The movie, which offers a unique perspective on the antagonist Grendel from the classic poem, is set to premiere at the Cannes Film Festival and is scheduled to be directed by Robert D. Krzykowski.
