9 flights were diverted from Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport to Jaipur due to a sudden dust storm and adverse weather conditions in Delhi-NCR and surrounding areas. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued an advisory urging people to stay indoors, secure their windows and doors, and avoid unnecessary travel. Squally winds with speeds of 60-70 km/h were predicted for Friday night, and areas affected include Loni Dehat, Hindon Air Force Station, Ghaziabad, Indirapuram, Chhapraula, Noida, Dadri, Greater Noida, Gurugram, and Faridabad.
