Former New England Patriots coach, Bill Belichick, has purchased a new home on Nantucket for $4.8 million. The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath gambrel-style property, located at 45 Fair Street, was acquired by a limited liability company registered to William S. Belichick. The 2,854-square-foot home is situated in downtown Nantucket and adds to Belichick's existing island real estate portfolio.
