Three B.C. real estate agents have settled professional misconduct cases, agreeing to pay combined fines of $73,500. The largest penalty, $43,500, was issued against Lewis Neil Ratcliff and Lewis Ratcliff Personal Real Estate Corporation, who failed to advise a client on rezoning conditions during a property sale. Two other agents received fines for buying and selling a pre-sale condo.
