Abingdon's open-air pool at Abbey Meadow will open later than initially planned, on July 20th, due to refurbishments. The splash pads at Abbey Meadow and Wantage Memorial Gardens will open on May 25th for the May half-term break. Both facilities will be available daily throughout the summer holidays until early September. The pool, which faced closure in 2006 and 2015, reopened in 2018 after a £1.3 million refurbishment.
