17-year-old student accused of attacking roommates and a housemaster with hammers at a UK boarding school was known to sleepwalk, a jury heard at Exeter Crown Court. The teen denies three charges of attempted murder and claims he was sleepwalking at the time of the attack. Staff and students at Blundell's School in Tiverton, Devon, were aware of the student's sleepwalking issues, and he had armed himself with three claw hammers during the attack.
