21-year-old Sincere Stephon Stevenson, Beaumont resident, has been indicted for murder by a Jefferson County grand jury. The charges stem from the stabbing death of 53-year-old Richard Nolan at the Cypress Place Apartments in Beaumont. Nolan's death resulted from multiple stab wounds.
