24-year-old Kemarn Riley from Birmingham has been jailed for 12 years and 9 months for making and supplying improvised firearms in Birmingham and London. Police began investigating him in January 2023 and found a handgun, live shotgun shells, and two metal pipes, suspected to create a "slam gun" at his address. The seized items were forensically linked to Riley, leading to his conviction at Birmingham Crown Court.
