22-year-old James Deloney was fatally shot in Hope, Arkansas on May 8, after a report of shots fired at 10:48 pm in the 900 block of East 1st Street. Deloney was found on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound and later died in a local hospital. The Hope Police Department is investigating, urging anyone with information to contact their Criminal Investigation Division at (870) 777-3434.
