31-year-old Connor Hetherington, on a conditional licence for sex offending, was jailed for 3 years for robbery on a train. On 23 March, Hetherington and two others boarded a train from Wigan Wallgate. He threatened a teenage passenger with a knife, demanded his phone, but the victim was pressured to return it. Upon reporting the incident to a train conductor, Hetherington was arrested at Manchester Victoria station.
