Police are reissuing an appeal for information to find a second Brazilian diver, Jhoni Fernandes Da Silva, two years after the death of Bruno Borges Martins, who was found in the Newcastle area with 54kg of cocaine. On the anniversary of Martins' death, detectives have released images of a truck and van that they believe could be linked to Da Silva's disappearance. Police are appealing for closure and answers for the families involved.
