Pennsylvania state police reported that a box truck driver, aged 24, fell asleep before hitting and killing three construction workers on I-83 in York County last month. The crash occurred while the driver was entering an active construction zone at a higher than reasonable speed. The workers were making repairs on the interstate when the incident took place.
