WSP Global plans to continue its acquisition strategy following a "consolidation" phase, adding over 800 employees after recent purchases. The Montreal-based company has made five other acquisitions since September 2022, including a $1.81bn deal for the U.K.-based John Wood Group's environment and infrastructure business. Despite a headcount decrease of 100 employees in the past year, the company's headcount has since surpassed 2023 levels.
