33,000-volt electric shock left self-employed window cleaner, Jason Knight, 33, with life-changing injuries, including losing his left arm and five toes, after the current jumped from an overhead cable to his wet equipment in Westbury. Knight was airlifted to Southmead Hospital in Bristol where doctors performed 17 surgeries to save his life. The Health and Safety Executive is investigating the incident.
