Tianjin, China, launches a data exit negative list with 13 main categories and 46 sub-categories of outbound data needing safety assessments, aimed at addressing unclear data definitions and identification standards. This move is expected to attract export-oriented enterprises and multinationals, while providing experience for optimizing China's cross-border data flow management system. Since 2014, Tianjin's pilot FTZ has implemented 615 institutional innovation measures, with 42 promoted nationwide.
