Streaming platform Peacock has renewed Seth MacFarlane's prequel series "Ted" for a second season after it became one of Peacock's most-watched original titles, ranking as the #1 original streaming comedy in the US for two consecutive months. The series, which premiered on January 11, was set in Ted's high school days and followed the life of Ted (voiced by MacFarlane) and his teenage best friend John Bennett. The show received an audience score of 90% on Rotten Tomatoes for its first season.
