North Norfolk District Council demolished a £132,000 farmhouse on a 150ft cliff edge due to safety concerns.

A £132,000 farmhouse in North Norfolk teetering on a 150ft cliff edge has been demolished by the North Norfolk District Council due to safety concerns. The property at Cliff Farm in Trimingham, which was bought in 2019, had been sliding towards the beach below after a landslide. The owner had to evacuate the house. Neighbors are still resisting leaving their own homes, stating they will leave only "in a coffin."
