Nigeria's Federal High Court in Kano sets May 28th to hear APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje's case against his suspension by factional ward executives led by Basiru Nuhu Isa. Ganduje seeks a declaration stating that his suspension without the opportunity to defend himself violates his fundamental right to fair hearing and claims his suspension by the faction is unlawful and void.
