The trial of Jonathan Creswell, accused of rape and murder, was halted after his death on the second day. An inquest has been ordered for Creswell, while the three co-defendant women, Rose De Montmorency-Wright, Hayley Rob, and Jill Robinson, will face sentencing on May 31. All four were charged in relation to the murder and rape of 21-year-old Katie Simpson in August 2020.
