Jaguar Land Rover sets new sales and profit records, with £29bn revenue and £2.2bn pre-tax profit in 2021, driven by Range Rover sales growth.
Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) reported record-breaking sales and its largest profit in nearly a decade, generating £29bn in revenues in the year ending March, marking a 25% increase from the previous year. The surge was primarily driven by unprecedented sales of its Range Rover vehicles, with the pricier models starting at around £100,000. JLR's pre-tax profit reached £2.2bn, the highest since 2015.
