30-bedroom guest accommodation extension approved for Queen's Pub in Dalkey, despite local opposition. An Bord Pleanála upheld Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council's decision to grant planning permission for the development at the rear of Queen's Pub on Castle Street. The extension, consisting of two, two-storey connected blocks, is planned by East Coast Heritage following the pub's purchase for €3.5m in 2021.
