Anew Climate and Summit Carbon Solutions announce a marketing agreement for Summit's Biomass with Carbon Removal and Storage project. The project aims to capture and sequester over 160 million tonnes of biogenic CO2 emissions from 50+ biorefineries in the Midwestern US within the next decade. Anew will market the carbon dioxide removal credits (CDRs) to advance Summit's infrastructure project, addressing CO2 emissions released during bioethanol production.
