Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission (Zacc) couldn't trace $15bn worth of stolen diamonds claimed by former President Mugabe due to lack of a complainant and accused party, according to deputy chairperson commissioner Kuziwa Phineas Murapa. Mugabe had accused authorities of stealing diamonds from Marange diamond fields in 2015, but the investigation was never launched due to insufficient evidence.
