12-year-old twins, Robert and Colt Rushford, are missing in Vermont, last seen with their mother Heather Rushford, who doesn't have legal custody. They were last spotted at Price Chopper in Colchester on Tuesday at 2pm. Authorities are concerned for the children's welfare and are searching for Heather's white 2017 Volkswagen Tiguan with Vermont license plate HYR 907.
