Marius Gustavson, 46, ran the "lucrative business" distributing "dangerous, unnecessary and life-changing surgeries" online, with no medical qualifications required. The Old Bailey heard Gustavson's Eunuch Maker website had over 22,000 users who paid £100 a year to watch videos of the gruesome procedures, which included male genital removal and freezing of limbs.
