Western Union resumed its money transfer service between the US and Cuba, allowing customers to send up to $2,000 via US retail locations, online, or mobile app to close family with bank/debit card accounts at Banco Popular, Banco Metropolitano, and Bandec. Funds are available same day, including weekends and holidays. Transfers support Cuban bank accounts in U.S. dollars.
