Marvel's new Wolverine series, launching in September for the mutant's 50th anniversary, sees Logan face an ancient enemy in the Canadian wilderness. Following the Fall of X event and Sabretooth War storyline, Wolverine distances himself from the X-Men and embraces his animalistic nature. Written by Saladin Ahmed (Daredevil) and illustrated by Martín Cóccolo (Immortal Thor), the series will feature a new villain and a key first appearance.
