Sarawak's Ministry of Education, Innovation, and Talent Development plans to incorporate agreed-upon education autonomy into regulations and statutes, to ensure continuity and adherence. The state government has presented 15 points to the federal government for the devolution of education powers under Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63). The ministries are also considering incorporating these points into relevant statutes or regulations.
