Golf star Rory McIlroy will not rejoin the PGA Tour policy board after "old wounds" were reopened by the prospect of his return. McIlroy had hoped to assist in a deal between the PGA Tour, DP World Tour, and Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF), which funds the LIV Golf League. However, his plans were met with resistance from fellow board members, leading McIlroy to decide against returning.
